Explore ways we can work together, from 1-on-1 nutrition coaching to group education programs for athletes, and find the right fit for your goals.
1-on-1 nutrition coaching
Whether you or your child has performance goals, a health concern to navigate, or simply want a healthier relationship with food, personalized nutrition coaching meets you where you are. Sessions are available à la carte & as packages, and if you have insurance, we'll figure out how to make your plan work for you.

Individual sessions, priced at $175, are a flexible entry point if you're not ready to commit to a package. These sessions are open in format and may include evidence-based answers to your questions and practical tips for your situation. Since the initial assessment isn't included, guidance may be less fully personalized.
-
With a comprehensive initial assessment and multiple follow-up sessions, packages are the most effective, and cost-effective, way to work together. The initial assessment is a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, habits, and goals, allowing for recommendations that are truly personalized and safe. Ongoing sessions then provide the accountability and coaching that help new habits stick, since lasting change takes consistent support over time. Packages available as 6 sessions for $900 or 12 sessions for $1,400, with the option to continue beyond your package at a discounted rate: $125/session for 6-session clients, $100/session for 12-session clients.
-
Since many insurers cover multiple sessions for preventive care, insurance-based programs are often structured like a package (i.e., include an initial assessment and follow-up sessions). I'm currently in-network with BCBS IL and UHC, and also contracted with additional plans across multiple states through my partnership with Berry Street. Note that depending on your plan, you may have out-of-pocket costs such as a copay, coinsurance, or remaining deductible. See the FAQ below for how to check your specific coverage.

Follow-up sessions combine nutrition education with practical tools and coaching, plus accountability check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust the plan as needed.
Group education programs for athletes
Successful performance in sport and a healthy relationship with food aren't inherently in conflict, but in many athletic environments, deeply ingrained diet culture can make it feel that way. My group sessions are designed to change that.
- Food as fuel for sport & life
- Importance of recovery
- Competition day strategies
- Navigating social media & body image
- Energy availability & injury prevention
- Hydration & micronutrients
- Identity beyond athletics
- Sports nutrition for female bodies

We cover the evidence-based sport nutrition fundamentals while also making space for the conversations that don't happen often enough, like navigating social media and cultivating a healthier body image. My aim is to reach beyond athletic performance and provide my athletes the tools for long-term health and happiness.
Open to athletes, parents, and coaches across all sports and backgrounds, with every program shaped around your group's specific goals and context. Prices starting at $15 per session per athlete family. Contact me to get started.

Parent or guardian involvement in sessions will be determined collaboratively and communicated in advance. For the initial assessment, a parent or guardian is typically present for part or all of the session. For follow-up sessions, the level of involvement may vary based on the child's age, needs, and clinical judgment, and will be discussed and agreed upon at the outset of care. Guardian presence requirements may also vary by state.
Parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend sessions in group education programs, with usually at least one session dedicated just for parents/guardians.

Most of my clients find meeting online via telehealth or for nutrition education classes the most convenient. If that doesn’t suit your goals, I can also meet you where you are at anywhere in the Chicago area.

You can either contact your insurer directly and ask about preventive nutrition counseling with me or contact me to book a 20-minute Discovery Call and I can check for you. Note that coverage is not guaranteed with a benefits check, and you will be responsible for any out-of-pocket costs if the benefits check is incorrect. Other options include using your HSA/FSA card or potentially receiving reimbursement from your insurance provider by way of a Superbill. All of these options require you to be in certain states. Contact me for more information.
